There’s a cross venue festival in Cambridge happening entitled ‘Wish You Were Here’. The festival is titled after a work by Pink Floyd, most of the key members of whom grew up here. In particular, its worth thinking about the legendary Syd Barrett, whose Wikipedia page I’ve just come back from, feeling in a little bit more awe, respect and sadness for the man than I had before. I may make a song.
